Ptfe bar has two kinds of pushing bar and molding bar, PTFE has the best chemical corrosion resistance and dielectric properties in known plastics, can be used at -180℃-+260℃ temperature, and has the lowest coefficient of friction, mainly suitable for some long products and non-standard specifications of mechanical parts: Sealing/gasket, ring material, wear plate/seat, insulation parts, corrosion resistance industry, mechanical parts, lining, oil and gas, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, instrument and equipment manufacturers, etc.

The product application

• Chemical industry: can be used as anticorROsive materials, can manufacture all kinds of anticorROsive parts, such as pipes, valves, pumps and fittings, etc. Chemical equipment, can make reactors, distillation tower and anti-corrosion equipment lining and coating.

• Mechanical: Can be used as self lubricating bearing, piston ring, oil seal and seal ring. Self-lubricity can reduce wear and heat of parts and reduce power consumption.
  

• Electronic and electrical appliances: mainly used for manufacturing all kinds of wires and cables, battery electrodes, battery diaphragm, printed circuit boards, etc.
  

• Medical MATERIAL: IT CAN BE USED AS A MATERIAL FOR VARIOUS MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS AND ARTIFICIAL ORGANS BY ITS HEAT, WATER AND NON-TOXIC PROPERTIES. The former such as disinfection filter, beaker, artificial heart and lung device, the latter such as artificial blood vessels, heart and esophagus. It has been widely used as sealing material and filling material.
